My journey began when I returned from a holiday abroad. My hair was not just dry but had become damaged and under nourished due to a mixture of harmful chemicals and heat. After having to cut a lot of it off, I knew I had to do something and embarked on a new natural hair care journey. As a result, my hair became visually healthy and grew back to its original state. After this I became very intrigued with hair care. I started making my own products for family and friends and with all the positive feedback I received, I knew my goal was to inspire others to embrace their natural hair. That is when ZAS was born. I was on a mission to encourage people with different hair textures to embrace and love their natural hair. All our products are 100% natural and are designed to suit all hair types and requirements.
